What does this have to do with working out?

Where the mind goes, the body will follow.  But, what if the mind follows the heart?  In Michael Singer’s “The Untethered Soul”, he describes how in a person who is liberated from the mind and has transcended to a place of clarity, the heart reacts before the mind starts talking.  “You don’t spell it, you feel it.” Spelling is a brain/mind activity.  Feeling is a heart activity.  So maybe, where the heart goes, the mind will follow. Then, where the mind goes, the body will follow.  The body’s best practice then comes from the heart. I have been on a journey of understanding how it is that we can push our bodies past common barriers and work out at a level beyond our own expectations.  I know that it is possible.  I have seen it.  You have seen it too.
